1.Listing on the website for 6 months (an additional 6 months is $75), until sold, taken off the market or listed with a real estate agent or broker. The fee is $150 for the listing package.

2.Unlimited changes to your listing. Change your selling price, contact information, description, open house listings, pictures or any other aspect of your listing through convenient user forms on our web site. Just send us a quick email!

3.Five color photographs for your web page. Pictures may be uploaded by property seller at any time. Existing pictures may be replaced with new pictures at no cost (5 maximum included with listing package). You can add more an additional $25. See "Add Pictures" tab above (under "How to List" tab).

4.Use of "For Sale By Owner" yard sign while your house is unsold and listed on the web site. Sign remains property of 4SBO San Diego. You agree to pay 4SBO San Diego $100 for signs not made available for pickup after your listing term expires or for signs damaged beyond normal wear and tear.

5.One "Open House" directional sign. (Customer must fill this information out on the Listing Form request and accept responsibility for its use.)

6.Forms you could use for your negotiations.

7.Spam protected email contact form to prevent web robots from harvesting your email address or other personal information from our web site.

If possible, we encourage potential sellers to use paid listing sites. Paid listing sites are safer for consumers to search for buyers, since people who scam are very unlikely to pay money to post a property they don’t officially own.
