SERVICES AGREEMENT

1.If you are committed to selling your home yourself, welcome!   We are committed to the concept of a “pure” For Sale By Owner service website/business and in order to do this you must agree to not advertise your property for sale on any other "For Sale By Owner" real estate web site, while listing on the 4sbosd.com website. We must do this in order to maintain the quality of information that we have on the 4sbosd.com website.

2.We're here simply to assist in the "For Sale By Owner" process by offering For Sale By Owner (4SBO) sellers in the San Diego area and buyers from around the world (!) an opportunity to connect over the internet. We are not realtors and aside from our initial fee, receive nothing in payment from either buyer or seller.

3.Our one-time $150 fee includes up to six months listing time (continuous only) on the site and the use of our "For Sale By Owner" yard sign. Your listing term expires when your property sale closes, you take your property off the market, or reach six months, whichever occurs first.

4.Yard sign remains property of 4SBO San Diego, and 4SBO San Diego does not accept responsibility for accidental injury involving the yard sign or its placement.

5.We will get your sign(s) to you within three days.

6.No refunds. Since we incur nearly all of our expenses in the first few days of listing a new property, we cannot offer refunds.

7.Listings are for one property only and are non-transferable.

8.The home seller is responsible for the accuracy of their listing. Those knowingly misrepresenting their property will be asked to correct the inaccuracy. Refusal to do so may result in termination of your listing.

9.We do not install or deliver signs for properties outside of San Diego County. Those outside of San Diego County may contact us, (619-743-3890) or info4SBOSD@aol.com, regarding use of a yard sign which would involve a deposit, self pick up and self installation.

10.You agree to pay 4SBO San Diego $100 for signs not made available for pickup after your listing term expires or for signs damaged beyond normal wear and tear.

11. If you do not have a computer, or are not familiar with being considered mildly "computer-literate", we can make an appointment to come to your property to take digital pictures and collect the information needed for your ad. The charge for this service is $25-30 for San Diego city limits, and $50-75 for San Diego County limits, depending on the distance and mileage.

By filling out your Listing Form, typing in your name in the Agreement Box at the bottom of that form, and paying for our website advertising service, you are agreeing to all of the above terms here, and with the "Terms of Use" and this "Services Agreement".
